(1.) Q:When can I get the quotation for my enquiry?
Normally, we will reply you the quotation within one working day upon all the details of products being clear. If something urgently, we can quote for you within 2 hours based on all details you provide.
(2.) Q:What information should I provide to you if I want to get a quotation?
-The size of the products (Length x Width x Height)
-The material and surface handling.
-The printing colors.
-The quantity.
-If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design draft for checking, The samples will be best for you. If no, we will recommend relevant products with details to you for reference.
(3.) Q:When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
-The popular ones: PDF, CDR, AI.
-Bleed size: 3-5mm.
-Resolution; no less than 300DPI and the higher, the better.
(4.) Q:Can I get sample before mass production?
Yes, we can provide sample base on your requirement. The mass production will be started after we get your approved sample.
(5.) Q:Is the sample charge can be refundable?
Of couse, normally the sample charge can be refundable when you confirm the mass production. If there are any specific situation, we will contact you in first time.
