1.How long is the lead time for mass production and when can I get a sample?
Time required for a sample: 3-5 business days. Production lead time is usually 12-15 business days.
2. Do you ship internationally?

3.Refunds are available for sample charges? If the first-order quantity is up to 5,000pcs, the sample fee will be refunded.
4.What is Spot UV/ UV Coating? This coating provides a high amount of gloss. Spot UV is a high-contrast printing process that highlights a specific area, logo/artwork.
5.Would you mind letting me know what file type you need for printing?
Please send us your artwork files in editable formats such as AI, EPS, or PSD, with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Our expert design team is able to work on your designs efficiently to layout the artwork and can work on your design absolutely free of charge (after the order is placed). The final layouts will be completed and sent to you for approval.
6.The box can be printed and customized with my own artwork?
Yes, we specialize in all sorts of customizations involving box printing. The boxes can be printed with your own artwork or design.
